Cambodian nationality
Holding or completing toward high school diploma (min. grade C)*
Having received admission (conditional offer/firm offer) from a university in EU in a degree programme that is deemed relevant by the Scholarship Committee
Having English/EU language proficiency (required by the study programme) of relevant hosting institutions
Strong study commitment and willingness to return to work in Cambodia’s water sector
Not under EU/France financial sanctions

Copy of national ID card and/or passport
Certified copy of high school diploma or equivalent documen
A certified copy of high school transcripts (Grade 10-12 or equivalent)
Admission letter from the host university in EU member states
Proof of English or other EU official Language proficiency (e.g., IELTS, TOEFL, or host institution requirement)
Declaration of honour
Motivation letter
Recommendation letter(s) from teachers or school officials
Curriculum Vitae (CV)
Any additional documents required by the host institution
