The ISI GROUP Young Leader Program 2026–2028 is a full-time, paid graduate program designed for emerging talents who want to learn faster, grow faster, and lead sooner — building a real leadership career in Cambodia.

Over 18 months (mid-November 2026 – mid-May 2028), you'll rotate across different parts of our business, take ownership of a real project with real accountability, work alongside experienced leaders, and be deliberately developed toward a junior management role within ISI GROUP.

✅ Eligibility:

• Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of work experience
• Bachelor's degree (any major)
• Proficient in English and Khmer(other languages is a plus)
• Wiling to rotate across functions
• Able to work full time
• Dare to try and fail and be willing to create something new
