✅ Eligibility To be eligible for Cohort 2 of the SME Fundraising Program, applicants should meet the following:

• Registered business – Legally registered SME in Cambodia with a valid business license
• Operating track record – In operation for at least 2 years with demonstrated revenue
• Growth-oriented – Has a clear business expansion plan and a genuine need for external financing
• Investment-ready mindset – Willing to undergo due diligence and improve financial/governance practices
• Committed leadership – Owner or management team able to actively participate in training and workshops
