The Libra Philanthropies’ RGL Changemakers Climate Cohort is a nine-month leadership development and experiential learning program for emerging climate leaders seeking stronger systems understanding, strategic networks, and opportunities for cross-sector dialogue.

Over 9 months (Jan–Sept 2027), you'll join a global network of young climate leaders for expert-led workshops, 1:1 mentorship, and 3 in-person convenings designed to sharpen your leadership and expand your impact.

• The LP Climate Cohort is designed for emerging climate leaders who are already taking action across different climate-related contexts. Ideal applicants are approximately 20-35 years old, are already leading or in a leadership position within climate-related work, and are interested in deepening their systems understanding, expanding their networks, and strengthening their ability to influence climate action.
