Are you a Cambodian youth passionate about climate action? Have you been part of LCOY Cambodia? This is your chance to bring Cambodian youth voices to COP31.

Why it matters for Cambodian youth

COP is where countries negotiate climate finance, adaptation, and national climate commitments (NDCs). These decisions affect Cambodia's communities, economy, and future. Youth delegates help make sure young Cambodians' voices are heard and bring what they learn back home.
